The photoshoot length will be determined by the size of the home and the services requested. Shoots will generally take between 60-90 minutes. If it is a large property and/or large acreage it could be a few hours. Please let us know if there are specific time parameters for your clients. 

The best time of day will depend on which way the home is facing. For example, west-facing homes are best in the afternoon and east-facing homes in the morning. Virtual Tours are best done in the middle of the day to reduce shadows inside. For the best exteriors of the home, we recommend a twilight photoshoot session. 

We base our photoshoots on square footage and not on a set amount of photos. We get as many photos as necessary to capture the interior and exterior of the home from all angles. For example, a 2,500 square-foot home may receive between 35-50 images. 

As long as we have access, you do not need to be there. A contractor’s box works great, and you can give us the code when you order! We love getting to know our clients, especially if it’s our first time working together. While we are shooting, we do have a method and like to stay on track to provide the best possible results for the listing, allowing us to work on our own is preferred. If the owners are home, that is okay we will direct them on our needs the best we can.

We prefer the home to be ready when we arrive to ensure the best quality photos. We can provide a Getting Ready Guide for your sellers before the shoot. We do not schedule time to move clutter and large items, such as treadmills, tables, children’s toys, etc.

We make it real easy! We will send you an email for payment and download links. This system will provide you high-resolution images and MLS Size images for download. This is also where you can download videos, floor plans, 3D Tours, and any other media created.
